Our favorite part about working for Pamm is that she loves spoiling people. We had to push past the bellman, who was drooling over it, step past the concierge who wanted to hand deliver it himself, and barge pass the front desk to the house phone to ring up the lucky guest.

"Ohhh, ahhhh, wow," said the client. "This is beautiful and so thoughtful of Pamm," she exclaimed.

Must have, gotta get sandals!
